Privacy policy

Last updated October 20, 2026. This policy covers the Accumentum Training Portal at training.accumentum.net and the Accumentum Training iOS app, both run by Accumentum LLC.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and username, plus a phone number and company name if you or your administrator add them.
• Your password, stored only as a secure hash. We cannot see it.
• Course progress, such as lessons completed and where you stopped in a video.
• Quiz and practice exam answers and results.
• Support messages and course access requests you send us.

How we use it

We use this information only to run your training: to sign you in, show your courses and progress, approve access, and answer support requests. We send account emails such as approvals and password resets.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not use tracking or advertising analytics, and we do not share your information with data brokers.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the service: Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, Resend for email, Vimeo and Cloudflare for video and security. They process data only to provide those services to us.

Security

Connections are encrypted. Sign in is rate limited and protected against automated abuse. The iOS app keeps your sign in token in the iOS Keychain.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account while it is active. You can delete your account at any time from Profile in the iOS app or from My profile on the website. Deleting removes your name, email, phone and password, signs you out everywhere and ends your course access. Anonymous progress and quiz records that can no longer be linked to you may be kept for reporting. You can also email derek@accumentum.net to ask for deletion or a copy of your data.

Children

The service is for professional training and is not directed to children under 13.
